Kyle Boller, QB, STL – Undisclosed Injury
Boller was pulled from Sunday’s game in the second half because he was suffering from an undisclosed injury. The nature and severity of the injury is currently unknown.
Glen Coffee, RB, SF – Undisclosed Leg Injury
Coffee left Sunday’s game with a lower leg injury and he was taken back to the locker room for X-rays. He did not return to the game and the results of the X-rays have not been made public. The nature and severity of the injury is currently unknown.
Calvin Johnson, WR, DET – Undisclosed Knee Injury
Johnson left Sunday’s game after hurting his knee in the first quarter and did not return. He was seen limping in the locker room after the game, but the nature and severity of the injury remains unknown.
Michael Lewis, DB, SF – Concussion
Lewis was knocked from Sunday’s game with a concussion and did not return. He suffered concussions on two occasions during the pre-season so there is a good chance that he will have to miss a significant period of time. He’ll meet with specialists on Monday.
Eli Manning, QB, NYG – Plantar Faciitis
Manning was pulled from Sunday’s game because the team was up by a large margin. There is no indication that he aggravated the injury, but he was reportedly feeling sore after the game.
Mario Manningham, WR, NYG – Bruised Chest
Manningham left Sunday’s game after bruising his chest in the 4th quarter and did not return. The injury does not appear to be serious, but his status for their next game is currently unknown.
Kawika Mitchell, LB, BUF – Undisclosed Knee Injury
Mitchell was carted off the field in the second quarter with a knee injury and did not return. Marcus Buggs replaced Mitchell but he was also later carted from the field with a leg injury. The severities of the injuries are currently unknown.
Carson Palmer, QB, CIN – Sprained Thumb
Palmer reportedly sprained his thumb on Sunday but he was able to stay on the field and finish the game. The severity of the injury and his status for the team’s next game is currently unknown.
Jeremy Stevens, TE, TB – Strained Quadriceps
Stevens suffered a strained quad on Sunday and did not finish the game. The severity of the injury is currently unknown.
Ben Watson, TE, NE – Undisclosed Head
Watson left Sunday’s game with an apparent head injury and did not return. The nature and severity of the injury are currently unknown.
