FANTASY FOOTBALL IN-SEASON FEATURES

This is a brief recap of the injuries occurring during Sunday's games. A complete in-depth injury report will be published on Tuesday.

Jason Campbell, QB, WAS – Chest Contusion and Ankle Sprain

Campbell was in and out of Sunday’s game because of injuries to his chest and ankle. He did finish the game, but the severity of his injuries remains unknown.

Austin Collie, WR, IND – Undisclosed Neck and Head Injuries

Collie left Sunday’s game after hurting his head and neck in the fourth quarter. The severity of his injury and his status for Week 10 are unknown.

Thomas Davis, LB, CAR – Undisclosed Knee Injury

Davis was carted off the field in the fourth quarter of Sunday’s game with what appeared to be a severe knee injury. The nature of his injury is currently unknown but there is concern that he will miss a significant amount of time.

Vernon Davis, TE, SF – Undisclosed Shoulder Injury

Davis briefly left Sunday’s game in the first half with a shoulder injury but he was able to return. The severity of the injury and his status for Week 10 are currently unknown.

Chris Henry, WR, CIN – Fractured Forearm

Henry left Sunday’s game wit ha fractured left forearm and according to reports his season appears to be over. The medical staff will review X-rays and run additional tests tonight to determine if he will need surgery to repair the damage.

Andre Johnson, WR, HOU – Undisclosed Back Injury

Johnson left Sunday’s game after taking a shot to the back, but he was able to return and he appeared to be OK. The injury does not look serious and with the Texans on a bye in Week 10 he should have enough time to recover in time for their next game.

Clinton Portis, RB, WAS – Concussion

Portis left Sunday’s game after suffering a concussion in the first quarter. He was reportedly knocked unconscious and he told reporters after the game that he didn’t remember what happened. His status for Week 10 is now in question.

Keith Rivers, LB, CIN – Undisclosed Hip Injury

Rivers had to leave Sunday’s game after suffering a hip injury. The severity of the injury is currently unknown and his status for Week 10 is uncertain.
