Anquan Boldin, WR, ARI - Undisclosed Knee and Ankle Injuries
Boldin left Sunday’s game after hurting both his ankle and knee. Boldin said after the game that he was OK, but he is scheduled to undergo precautionary testing on Monday. His status for the playoffs is currently unknown.
Brent Celek, TE, PHI - Undisclosed Leg Injury
Celek was treated for an undisclosed leg injury in the second half but he stayed on the field and finished the game. The injury does not look serious but his status for practice this week and round 1 of the playoffs are unknown.
Tashard Choice, RB, DAL - Concussion
Choice left Sunday’s game after suffering a concussion in the first quarter and did not return. His status for next week’s playoff game is currently unknown.
Charlie Frye, QB, BUF - Undisclosed Back and Ankle Injuries
Frye left Sunday’s game in the second half because of pain and discomfort associated with back and ankle injuries. The severity of the injuries are unknown.
Chad Henne, QB, MIA - Concussion
Henne, who was sacked several times at the end of the first half, was replaced by rookie Pat White at halftime because he complained of blurred vision. The Dolphins have not said what the injury is but it appears to be a concussion.
Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, DB, ARI - Bruised Knee
Rodgers- Cromartie left Sunday’s game in the first half with what is being called a bruised knee and did not return. The severity of the injury and his status for the playoffs are unknown.
Jonathan Stewart, RB, CAR - Achilles’ Tendonitis
Stewart aggravated his chronic Achilles’ tendonitis in the third quarter and was unable to finish the game. Stewart might have the problem surgically repaired during the off-season.
Wes Welker, WR, NE - Torn ACL and MCL
According to reports Welker tore the ACL and MCL in his knee in the first half of Sunday’s game. He’s scheduled to undergo an MRI on Monday, but it appears that he will miss the playoffs.
Pat White, QB, MIA - Concussion
White was knocked unconscious and was carted off the field after taking a big shot to the head in the second half on Sunday. He regained consciousness and had full use of his extremities but he was transported to the hospital as a precaution.
Charles Woodson, DB, GB - Undisclosed Shoulder Injury
Woodson left Sunday’s game after hurting his shoulder in the second quarter. Woodson has been bothered by a shoulder problem but it isn’t clear if he suffered a new injury or just re-injured the old one. His status for round 1 of the playoffs is currently unknown.
